Lorena is a Wonderful professional, full of empathy and compassion. My eye-liner pigment migration was one of the worst and complicated, Lorena had to deal with. After the first session of erasing the migration and correction of the eye liner, the results were unexpectedly good and I was over the moon. My endless masking make-up was nearly finished. The laser session was not as bad as I expected, the laser beams are painful, depending on the intensity, lasting only a few seconds. However, Lorena talked through and showed a mother’s empathy. My eyes were sore for 1 day, but no bruising. I need another session….in a few weeks, and my 14-year botched eye liner will be over. I highly recommend Lorena and I can’t thank enough.
